In the spring of 2016 I had the opportunity to realize my first three-week expert mission for SES. The company Anhul Qiangwang Flavouring Food Co. Ltd. in China has its headquarters in Anhui Province and is with 80,000 tons annual production of bullion cubes one of the world’s largest producers of this branches and enormous growth potential. My task was to establish a sensory panel and sensory lab, for the development of new formulations and the use of new raw materials.
