In the year 2017, I had again the opportunity to share my professional experiences with companies by SES activities.
The company HUNOD in Ulaanbaatar processes goat and horse meat for consumer products For the daily accumulated fat, there is so far, no economically use. The production of soap therefore provides a way, to combine sustainability and profitability.
By pilot scale, we conducted trials to optimize the technology and technique of soap making with best support by the company´s founder and owner of the company. While I could use my experiences from my apprenticeship in the soap factory Riesa and the findings in the processing of aromatic plants and the essential oils.
As next steps, the investment to increase the daily production volume and forming the pieces of soap are now necessary to produce high-quality products for Mongolian market.
